Your storefront and website link

Your storefront is live, under your name, once the five set-up steps are done. Customers buy, pay and manage their services there.

The storefront is a themed shop with fixed pages: home, plans, domains, help, legal, contact, cart and checkout. Cart, checkout and payment pages always look the same, so customers recognise them.

  1. Go to Settings › Branding.
  2. Add your Logo and Site icon.
  3. Choose your Accent colour.
  4. Choose Save and publish. Branding shows on the storefront, client area, messages and invoices.

Only the account owner can change branding.

  1. Go to Settings › Storefront content. You start on the Home page tab.
  2. Under Blocks on the home page, turn blocks on or off and drag them into order. On a phone, use Move up and Move down.
  3. Choose Edit on a block to write its words. Each block is written once per language. Prices are always your live prices.
  4. Pick a Theme and Fonts.
  5. Choose Preview, then Publish changes.

Saved changes show Not published yet. until you publish them.

To get a start, choose Draft with AI. Under Tell us about your business, write who you serve, where, and what makes you different. Choose Draft three home pages, then Use this draft on the one you like.

A quotes block stays off until you add real quotes that customers agreed to share.

Only the owner and finance can change the home page.

  1. On Legal pages and terms, choose a page and Write a new version.
  2. Fill in In short and the Full text.
  3. Choose Save draft, then Publish as a new version….

It is in force from the moment you publish. New orders accept the new text. Every earlier acceptance stays on record against the version it was given for. A published version cannot be changed.

Under Your website, enter Your website address. Your legal pages link back there. Leave it empty and they link to your shop’s home page.

On Help articles, choose New article. Fill in the Title, Topic and Article, then choose Publish article. Each article shows its reads in the last 30 days and how many said it helped.

  1. Go to Settings › Custom domain.
  2. Under Address customers will use, type an address like my.yourbusiness.rw, without https://. Choose Add.
  3. Copy the DNS record to add. Add it where your domain’s DNS is managed.
  4. Choose Check now. Taji checks it and issues the security certificate.

Until it works, your customers keep using the standard address. Nothing breaks while you wait. After it works, the certificate renews by itself. The old address forwards to the new one, so links in old SMS and emails still open.

Only the account owner can choose the address.

If Check now says the address points to another server, follow the fix it shows. If that does not help, contact Taji support at help@gettaji.com or +250782009639.
